At Rev Moto, we work hard to ship your order quickly and safely.

 

Order Processing

 

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates & Methods

 

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, item size, and shipping method.
  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volume.

Large Items & Electric Vehicles

  • E-bikes and other large items may ship via freight carriers.
  • Freight deliveries may require a signature and curbside delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive freight shipments.

Shipping Issues

  • Rev Moto is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first, then notify us.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

 

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery are not the responsibility of Rev Moto.

 

International Shipping

 

  • At this time, Rev Moto does not offer international shipping
