At Rev Moto, we work hard to ship your order quickly and safely.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Methods
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, item size, and shipping method.
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volume.
Large Items & Electric Vehicles
- E-bikes and other large items may ship via freight carriers.
- Freight deliveries may require a signature and curbside delivery.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive freight shipments.
Shipping Issues
- Rev Moto is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.
- If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first, then notify us.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery are not the responsibility of Rev Moto.
