At Rev Moto, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged items not caused by shipping
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom or special-order products
- Batteries once opened (for safety reasons)
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include photos and your order number.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not shipped.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
