Refund & Return Policy

At Rev Moto, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items not caused by shipping
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Batteries once opened (for safety reasons)

Refunds

 

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please include photos and your order number.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

 

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not shipped.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
